Physician / Gynecology / North Carolina / Locum or Permanent / OBGYN opening just east of Fayetteville, NC - patients day 1! Job
Seeking BE/BC OBGYN to join fantastic team just east of Fayetteville, NC.
- Established, hospital owned practice
- Start with an already established patient load - huge demand in the area as other hospitals in the area have closed their OB departments
- Schedule is Mon-Thurs, 8-5 and 1/2 day Friday
- Nursery is Level 1; High risk patients/deliveries are transferred out and hospital has an excellent relationship to other area hospitals - just a short distance to Fayetteville, Chapel Hill, Duke, UNC, etc.
- No robotic surgery
- Established practice with one physician
- Combined daily patient volume of 25-35
- Hospital average of 27 deliveries monthly w/ a monthly average of 11 C-Sections
- 3 labor rooms and 14 postpartum rooms
- Shared Call; Expectation of 7 days/month including 1 required weekend
- Strong hospitalist team with excellent leadership
- 24/7 on-call anesthesiology and radiology support
- Wide scope of services provided at the hospital including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care, and Urology
